Firstly we wish all our current and future guests a Happy and Healthy Christmas. Let’s hope 2022 is a good year for us all. We are so pleased to be able welcome guests over the Christmas period this year as last year we were sadly closed due to lock down. We have decorated the cottage with a lovely Christmas tree and twinkling outside lights and it’s an ideal place to enjoy warm and cosy evenings by the fire, or stroll over to the Red Lion pub and sample their Christmas menu. The village looks beautiful with an abundance of lights and a Christmas tree on the green. Many of the Christmas festivities are still low key due to the pandemic, however, the local band are hoping to play in the village on Boxing Day and we are keeping our fingers crossed for a sprinkling of snow.

Our bookings for next year are starting to build up with a few months already fully booked. We look forward to welcoming new and returning guests in 2022 and are pleased to welcome return guests back for the 11th or 12th holiday with us since we opened in 2014!

We have made a few updates to the cottage over the last year and plan more for 2022. We always welcome feedback from guests and, where it is appropriate and possible we always aim to respond positively to your ideas.
