Here we are at Christmas again and the snow has already arrived in the Peak District with freezing temperatures over the last few days.   The Red Lion pub in the village has provided our recent guests with a warm welcome, open fires and delicious food and drink – a great start to the festive season.

We look forward to welcoming guests over the Christmas and New Year period and throughout 2024.  Despite the state of the economy, bookings are starting to build up for next year – we are seeing an increase in short breaks, so don’t forget to book direct with us if you would prefer a few days away, rather than a week, and remember that we offer a 5% discount to return guests.  

We know from the feedback of our guests that Tub Cottage is a real home from home and a welcome opportunity to enjoy time in the beautiful Peak District – we look forward to welcoming you in 2024.
